Zhongshan Donghao Hardware Company LTD was built in 2009. We devoted in making 304/316 stainless steel hardware and shower rooms.
Service we do: OEM and ODM service. We have rich experience on design and making stainless steel hardware and shower rooms.
Design software we use: Solid work, Auto cad, 3D max
Products we produce: shower doors, 304 stainless steel grabs, glass door handles, towel rails, towel racks, other bathroom accessories and 316 yacht grabs.
Machines we have: CNC machines, wire cutting machines, lathing machines, milling machines, laser welding machines, punching machine and shaping machines.
Machining we can do: CNC, milling, cutting, drilling, welding, punching, shaping and folding.
Jigs and templates: For complicated products in order to make the fabrication accurately we usually use jigs and templates.
Lead time: Production lead time: Production lead time: 30 days. CNC sample lead time: 6 days. Casting stainless steel tooling lead time: 15 days. Extrude aluminum tooling lead time: 15 days. Casting aluminum tooling lead time: 30 days. Plastic part tooling time: 30 days.
