Advantages of the shelf

This bathroom shelf is made of 5mm thick 304 stainelss steel sheet which is bent and welded to the plate at the bottom.

The above and bottom is welded with no mark at the surface which makes  the products looks very clean. 

The total weight of the product is 2.57 kgs for size of 508*102*57mm.  This gives the product very good quality feel.

This products has passed 200 kgs weight test.  It can be used both as a shelf for shampoo or a grab at the bathroom for olders or disabled persons.

The installation of this product is very easy and convenient.  Hanging on and fix one screw at the bottom.  And the screw at the bottom with the same color screw cover to cover the screw.

The availabe color of this product includes polished silver, brushed silver, champagne gold, and matte black. 

We usually pack this product one piece in a hard box and 10 pcs in a master carton.

The size of this product can be changed according to customers' request but the minimum order quantity is 500 pcs. if change the specification.

We can offer OEM and ODM service.  We have rich resouces on  the advanced fabrication such as thick stainless steel sheet bending, laser welding , wire cutting and digital milling , drilling and laser cutting.

The welding of this product must be done with the control of a welding jig. We are very experienced on making jigs and tempaltes for different products especially for thos who are difficlut to produce.
